Neither one of the girls have ever been ice skating before now. They both picked it up pretty fast. We rented a chair for a while to keep our balance. Viv figured it out and got around great right off. Cynthia struggled and fell repeatedly but refused to give up.... she just kept getting up and trying again until she got it.... by the end of the day she could skate around the rink without falling or holding on to anything!
